It prevents or addresses pain/discomfort patterns, i.e lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, shoulder/neck pain, migraines, nerve impingements, osteoarthritis, scoliosis etc .
Fascial Mobility also creates more inner space, flow for Qi and general vitality
Come explore the inner space and mobility of your organs with breath, as well as slide and
glide mechanisms.
From your organs we will develop fascial connections for energy beneficial dynamic alignment and find whole new ways of moving, creating and maintaining your agility.
