What is Qi Gong?

  Jingui Qi Gong is a unique system of movements and meditations designed to help you harness and control the medicine already inside you. Fascial Mobility: moving with your organs from the inside out

  Over time fascial mobility restores healthy muscle firing patterns and facilitates cell health, joint ease and increased range of motion. It prevents or addresses pain/discomfort patterns, i.e lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, shoulder/neck pain, migraines, nerve impingements, osteoarthritis, scoliosis etc .

   Fascial Mobility also creates more inner space, flow for Qi and general vitality

Come explore the inner space and mobility of your organs with breath, as well as slide and

glide mechanisms. 

   From your organs we will develop fascial connections for energy beneficial dynamic alignment and find whole new ways of moving, creating and maintaining your agility.
