Unlike more active yoga styles, this yoga involves gentle poses held for extended periods. These poses are typically supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks.
This yoga is accessible for all levels and is especially beneficial for people dealing with chronic stress, burnout, trauma recovery, or physical limitations. It emphasizes being rather than doing — making space for stillness, softness, and letting go.
